Andrew Nichol
Managing Director
Having acquired a broad operational experience of the business during the past 20 years, Andrew is now leading the company on its next growth phase. He retains the family's commitment to a long-term view, involving continual investment in people, equipment and systems. Having reinforced the the Senior Management Team, Andrew's focus is on providing ever more exceptional service to customers.
NICHOL MCKAY SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM
General Manager
Roderick has grown through the companies ranks and is instrumental in making certain everyone works to the health, safety and quality management system. He drives a culture of continual improvement within Nichol McKay ensuring we are always moving forward.
Plant Manager
We have invested heavily in the latest Machinery and Technology. Jim has a vast experience of over 25 years in all aspects of the Company, He has responsibility for Installation, Servicing & Maintenance of machines throughout the factory.

Finance/Payroll Manager
Linda’s main responsibilities are Financial Affairs and general administration but she is the focal point for receiving communications on just about every enquiry that comes in.
David Bryson
Project Manager
David works between estimating and engineering departments to help deliver projects to customer requirements. He has previously had vast experience of Project Management.
OUR OTHER MEMBERS OF STAFF Tim’s Technical Engineering experience provides the link between the customer’s requirement and the eventual satisfactory completion of the product. Janet is the main contact for all customer scheduled orders, she is responsible for the procurement of all material and component’s. She has developed strong links with our Customers and suppliers for over 30 years. EHS Advisor Jim is the Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor and provides valuable help to the rest of the team ensuring all employees are working to the correct procedures. Our business is designed to react quickly to our customers’ supply demands. Nichol McKay will help you to move your product into production without delay.
